Stina Persson is an illustrator based in Stockholm, Sweden, and a master of watercolor. She uses this technique as we all would like to do: obtaining beautiful illustrations without giving up on what watercolor itself has to express as a water-based paint.
Stina creates beautiful splashes of color that hide faces and silhouettes and delicate shapes. The magic of her illustrations resides in the perception that the drawings are alive and create their own image, a changing, sensitive one that comes from within the appealing color stain.
