“Ta” (Photography)
Posted in Visual, Photography on May 14th, 2007. By Ona Vinyamata.

Ta’s photographs are squared, simple and silent.
An involved-from-the-distance point of view wonderfuly leaves a lot to the viewers imagination. The sense of light and space in his scenes keep on reminding us of Tanizaki’s “In Praise of Shadows”

Interesting how that “involved-from-the-distance” point of view seems to be very Oriental. Remind me of Wong Kar Wai’s eye.
